Cotic Frames
Finally, for the first time since Keith Bontrager was selling us frames we are able to offer a well-made high-end steel hardtail. When they came in we went all misty eyed and lustful, these frames are gorgeous. Tig welded 853 steel except for the Soda, which is 3AL 2.5V titanium. In fact they look very much like a Bontrager, with gussets in all the right places and slim line wishbone seat stays. The only differences being they have a disc only rear end and the Soul, Soda and Simple are suspension corrected for a 100-130mm travel fork and the burlier BFe is corrected for a 100-150mm travel fork. There is also the Hemlock, their only aluminium frame, which like all decent aluminium frames has a big spring in the middle of it, which by simply changing the rocker can be changed from 120mm travel to 150mm.
