SPECIALIZED LANGSTER
We just managed to order a batch of these. Specialized
have been making road bikes for many years now so they know the score,
but as far as I know this is their first UK foray into fixed wheel. Luckily,
they come complete with front and back brakes, which you can take off
if you only want to ride this in the velodrome - but that would be a
terrible waste, 'cos this machine would be awsome for popping about town

Langster
Comes supplied with a 16t freewheel, and a double
sided hub, giving you the choice of 2 ratios of freewheel at the
back, or a flip-flop with a fixed on one side and a freewheel on
the other. Track ends are rear facing for quick wheel changes,
and very sensibly fixed on with nuts rather than a quickrelease. Frameset
is double butted Aluminium, similar to the specialized Allez road bikes.
