Because we are busy, an appointment is necessary for larger repairs and services. Please call us on 0207 733 6055 for the next available date.Your bike must be in the shop before 11am (noon on Thursday) on the day of its appointment, but you can bring it in the evening before if it's more convenient. It will normally be ready by 5.30 that afternoon (6.30 Thursdays). When it arrives, we will go over the job with you, noting everything you need. At this stage, we should be able to give you an estimate for the job. If we find during the course of the job that you need more work than the original estimate, we will call you before we go ahead. We won't exceed this estimate without discussing it with you, so it's vital that you leave us with a contact number.For smaller, emergency jobs, we have an emergency 'ON THE SPOT' slot in the first hour of the day every day (9-10 Monday-Saturday, 10-11 Thursday). We will endeavour to fix your bike while you wait! We work on a first-come first served basis, and so recommend arriving early. This slot can get very busy, especially on Saturdays.
