Returns & Delivery update (12.01.2021):
Royal Mail are currently operating with non-delivery blackspots, and a number of returns back to the store have gone missing in transit, so until COVID-19 restrictions and Royal Mail operating procedures are reviewed, we are extending our returns window from 14-days to 2-months. If you receive an order which you would like to return, please drop us an email and hang onto it until the Royal Mail blackspots are no longer an issue. We'll still refund you, but we'd prefer not to lose any stock in transit!
Dates that we ship in the UK
We're a co-operative of cyclists who love to ride bikes, not a huge warehouse, so all orders are processed by our in-store team. We dedicate Monday, Wednesday and Friday to shipping all our online orders. If you need your order sooner, just give us a call via our contact us page.

*Free shipping: free shipping is available on our standard delivery of 3-5 days when you spend over £50.00.
**Please note: delivery to the Highlands and Islands such as Northern Island incur a small delivery charge fee and will take an extra 2-business days to be delivered, at a minimum. This will be calculated the the check out.
**Next Day (order pre-12): this service is available at a flat rate of £6.99 for all clothing and accessories. If we have the product in stock and you order before midday, we'll ship it the same day. If the product is not in stock, we'll ship the product as soon as it comes into stock. You'll receive a note with your tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.

Free & Easy Returns
Had second thoughts? Wrong size? No problem. Give us a call within 10-days of you receiving the product and we'll start processing the return. Please note, there are exclusions for returns and all products must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.*
If your order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 14-days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items.
You can notify us by email Sales@Brixtoncycles.co.uk or by post by writing to Brixton Cycles, 296-298 Brixton Road, London, SW9 6AG. All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 30-days of you notifying us, providing that the merchandise has been collected by our courier, any items being returned must be in their original packaging to prevent any further damage.

Cancellations: You can cancel an order at any time up to the point where our team has shipped the product to you. Once the product has been handed to the shipping supplier, please wait until you receive the product and then process a return by contacting us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
*State of items for return: when returning an item, please ensure items are returned in their original packaging with tags still attached. Any damage to items will be subject to a reduction in refund value or a refusal of the refund altogether. Due to the current pandemic, we cannot accept returns on items of clothing.
